105 or 106 Geobacillus stearothermophilus ATCC 7953 and 106 spores Bacillus atrophaeus ATCC 9372 spore on tape.

Upon completion of the sterilization cycle, the spore strain must be tested in a suitable culture medium at 37 ° C or 60 ° C.

We suggest the use of MC1020 or MC1030 culture media for final reading within 48 hours at 37 ° C for ethylene oxide and dry heat or MC20 or MC1020 final reading media in 24 hours at 60 ° C for sterilization control indicator. For conventional culture media, such as TSB, incubation is recommended for 7 days.
